The Marquis Lifestyle Center (MLC) is a 501(c)(7) educational non-profit based in Colorado Springs, CO.
MLC seeks to demystify kink through education, outreach, and awareness, facilitating the acceptance of BDSM-related lifestyles. This mission accomplished through providing educational opportunities to members of alternative lifestyle communities, law enforcement entities, mental health professionals, and crisis centers.
MLC is also developing a network of lifestyle-friendly mental health professionals, conducting outreach to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies in order to develop positive relationships, and educating first responders about alternative lifestyles and how to differentiate healthy, positive relationships from relationships rooted in non-consensual abuse.
MLC will continue to develop and keep the community updated on how they can help accomplish this mission.
